Who we are

What we collect

When you fill in our contact form or book a discovery call, we collect your name, email address, company name, indicative revenue band, and the message you send. When you visit the site, our analytics tools record standard web analytics (pages visited, referrer, country, device type, anonymised IP). We do not collect or store payment information.

How we use it

Contact information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, with your consent, to send you the monthly insights email. We do not sell, share or rent your data to third parties.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is held in our CRM for 24 months from last contact, then deleted. Email subscriber data is held until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email jwakely@fractioncoo.co.uk.
