I’ve held senior leadership roles, including Managing Director, Operations Director and Commercial Finance Director, in product-focused SME businesses across consumer goods, automotive, and leisure.
Throughout my career, I’ve led product sourcing, range expansion, supply chain optimisation, and warehouse management, delivering real, measurable improvements. I’ve scaled businesses, streamlined operations, and driven profitability, I’ve been in the businesses and done it, not demonstrating/advising via a presentation/model.
I founded JW Consulting to give SMEs access to strategic leadership without the full-time cost of a senior executive.
